Elephant Butte State Campground

We're staying at the State campground in Elephant Butte,NM. It has the lake within walking distance but the water level is down due to lack of rain and a hot summer.We stayed here 2yrs. ago and very nice park.Only one more day here in NM and we will be heading to Texas. It sure has been beautiful weather in the 70's,clear and sunny with a slight breeze and looks like good traveling weather.

    I love the idea of RVing full time, we don't have one yet...we have a tent....we love Cabins to stay in....I'm looking for an older model RV...I've seen some really cute ones others own...I'm a new follower and Blog Hopper too...I've joined in to make Christmas ornaments and send them out to others....site...see my blog for information...Mel's Designs from the Cabin...Mel
